Suzette Conway is a learning and development professional specializing in program development and management. She is certified as a Training Director and eLearning Specialist and is a credentialed mediator in Texas. For 17 years she has provided strategic and operational expertise to support the full learning function, including design, development, delivery, and management of training content and programs. Suzette is experienced at managing revenue generating learning programs and is passionate about leading with creativity and innovation while fostering active participation, continual improvement, and customer advocacy. She is currently a Sr. Instructional Designer at One West Bank and an independent learning consultant.
