A little bit about the book ...

If you think about your business organization, it's probably a lot like a family. Just like a family, your business may be either fully functional or dysfunctional. We've all seen it before. We've walked into a business, a bank, or a restaurant and gotten a feeling that the employees didn't want to be there, and they'd be happier if the customers didn't show up. On the other hand, we've all walked into businesses where the people genuinely seem to enjoy each other's presence. The employees appear happy and it shows in their quality of work, which infuses your experience as a customer.

 

After listening to the audio review, we'll discuss how the information can be applied to our work situations and lives.
