Speaker Kate McLagan

Position: Leadership and Career Development Coach

Event Description

Executives, managers, and individuals interested in career growth and development increasingly turn to a business coach for a personally tailored development process.  A coach works with an individual to tailor the coaching program in skill areas where he/she will have an impact, as well as helping individuals make behavioral changes needed for growth. Coaches need to be clear on the competencies that will have impact on the bottom line. Measure them. Provide support for growth and change. Then measure again. In coaching, we don’t bring the answer. We bring a system, and a process for helping the client discover the answers.  At this presentation Kate will share:

  • What coaching is & what its not
  • Define the process (how to)
  • Identify skills necessary for success & some best practices
  • Discuss various types (situations/when) of coaching
  • Final thoughts – Q & A

Come join us on Sept 17thto better hone your coaching skills, increase self-awareness, refine your goals & strategies, and build a sustainable competitive advantage in this rapidly changing world.
