Speaker Information:

Scott Ingram, Founder & CEO of NetworkInAustin.com, has 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur, expert networker, and sales executive. NetworkInAustin.com is the premier networking site for professionals and executives in Central Texas.

Mr. Ingram has a passion for connecting people and helping others learn to develop their relationship building and networking skills.

In 1999, Mr. Ingram founded Grey Matter Technologies, a professional IT services company focused primarily on building network infrastructure for small businesses. He subsequently sold the business in 2004.

In 2004, Mr. Ingram relocated to Austin, Texas where he quickly realized that he’d left his biggest asset behind in California, and it wasn’t the real estate. His extensive network had been the secret to his first company’s success and he didn’t know anyone in Austin; so he quickly set out to build a local network. As a newcomer to Austin, he quickly realized that there was both a need and demand for an organization that could track and communicate all the unique and varied networking events in the Austin area. In 2005 Network In Austin was born.

Scott’s work has been featured in the Orange County Register and in Rotarian Magazine. Network in Austin has been featured in the Austin Statesman and the Austin Business Journal. He is also extremely proud to be a Leadership Austin alumni.

Mr. Ingram resides in Austin, Texas with his wife and two daughters. He earned his bachelors degree in information technology and business systems analysis from the University of Phoenix.
